On Monday, the Ohio Liberty Council (which includes YAL at Ohio State and YAL at the University at Cincinnati) initiated the process for a healthcare nullification ballot initiative in Ohio.
Over 5000 signatures were collected in less than 36 hours over the weekend and were submitted to the Attorney General. If the AG approves the initiative, 400,000 signatures will need to be gathered to get the issue on the ballot.
